What To Expect Most HVAC/Plumbing projects introduce at least a small element and sometimes a lot of chaos into our lives and schedules. Understanding that, Acclimated Services, Inc strives to make the HVAC/Plumbing experience as enjoyable and organized as we can thereby minimizing the disruption and stress in our client’s lives. Our process is a series of small steps that move us toward the final goal – a finished project. The first steps are small allowing us time to get to know and trust one another. However, at each step you will be asked to make a decision–Do we move on to the next step? Or not? The following outline is a guide for our clients so you may better understand the process we have
developed with our clients.

Or feel free to use the form on the Contact Us page of our site to send us your information via e-mail and we will be in touch with you by the next business day. We’ll ask some initial questions about your plans, your reasons for doing the project, how you plan to go about making a decision about the company you want to work with, and try to get a sense of whether or not we are a good fit for you.

INITIAL CONSULTATION – We will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet in your home to discuss your project and our services. This meeting may last from a half hour to 2 hours or more depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We’ll look at the project you want to work on, discuss your ideas and dreams and the budget you are working with, as well as answer any questions you might have about our company. At the end of the initial consultation, we’ll discuss whether it makes sense for us to continue the process and if so what the next steps are.
